1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rellio Journal ("Rellio Journal", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the website or using the service (the "Service"), you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"Account" means your registered user profile. "Content" means any data you enter, including trades, plans, notes and watchlists. "Subscription" means a paid plan giving continued access after the free trial.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Account registration and security
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
5. Description of the Service
Rellio Journal is a trading journal and analytics tool. It records the trades you enter, compares them to the trading plan you define and produces discipline metrics, statistics and AI-generated commentary. Market data and news are provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
6. No investment advice
Nothing in the Service — including AI output, alerts, scores or analytics — constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. All trading decisions are yours alone. See our Risk Disclaimer.
7. Acceptable use
You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service; upload malicious code; resell or provide the Service to third parties; or interfere with the integrity, performance or availability of the Service or the experience of other users.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
9. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access, trial terms, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Subscription, Billing & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
Ownership of the software, brand and content is governed by our Intellectual Property policy. You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate the Service.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rellio Journal shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rellio Journal and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your Subscription and deleting your Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by nature survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you retain the protections and forums available to you under the law of your place of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced inside the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
