Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

1. Free trial
New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, write access to the journal is paused until you subscribe; your existing data remains available.
2. Price and billing cycle
The subscription costs USD $9.99 per month (SMART) or USD $13.99 per month (SMART+), billed in advance for each monthly period. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your first charge, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We email a receipt after every successful charge.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, with no cancellation fee and without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account reverts to read-only.
5. Refunds
Charges for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable, since the trial lets you evaluate the full product before paying. We will refund a charge where the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, or where a refund is required by law. 6. EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the paid Service immediately you request that performance begin during the withdrawal period; if you then withdraw, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the period used. To withdraw, email shop47us@gmail.com with your account email.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid, the subscription is suspended and the account becomes read-only. Data is retained for at least 60 days so you can reactivate without loss.
8. Price changes
We may change the subscription price. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies, and may cancel before it takes effect.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
