1. Our ownership

The Rellio Journal platform — including its source code, design, user interface, graphics, copy, discipline scoring logic, analytics models, prompts and documentation — is owned by Rellio Journal and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. The name "Rellio Journal", the logo and related marks are our trademarks.

2. Your license to use the Service

Subject to these policies and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own trading activity. This license grants no ownership rights.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, publicly display, create derivative works of, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Service; remove proprietary notices; scrape or systematically extract data; or use the Service or its output to build a competing product.

4. Your content

You retain all rights in the content you enter — trades, plans, notes, screenshots and watchlists. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit and process that content solely to operate, secure and support the Service on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups pending routine deletion.

5. Aggregated and anonymized data

We may create statistical, aggregated and de-identified data derived from usage of the Service, from which you cannot be identified, and use it to operate and improve the product. We do not publish or sell your individual trading records.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, feature requests or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and implement them without obligation or compensation.

7. Third-party materials

The Service incorporates open-source components and third-party market and news data, each governed by its own license or terms. Third-party trademarks, tickers and company names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to shop47us@gmail.com including: identification of the work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
